It is one of the first questions hosts ask us: how much does a weed bar cost? The honest answer is that it depends on your party. But you deserve a real number to start from, and a clear picture of what you are paying for.
The short answer
Grassfed private events start at $1,200, with a 2-hour minimum. Your final quote depends on three things: your guest count, how many hours the bar runs, and the menu you choose. Tell us the plan and we will build the quote around it.
What's included in a Grassfed cannabis bar
Every Grassfed bar comes with:
- All the accessories. The devices, glassware and gear your guests need, and every piece of our vaping equipment is sanitized after each use.
- An experienced budtender. Not just staff: a cannabis concierge who presents the menu, guides each guest on dosage and strains, and keeps the bar running.
- Help procuring all the products for the event. We help you source everything on the menu through our partners.
- Cannabis insurance. Every bar is covered by our general liability policy that includes cannabis consumption and impairment, and we can add your venue as an additional insured.
What shapes your quote
Guest count
A dinner party for twenty and a reception for two hundred need different setups. The more guests, the more the bar has to handle at once.
Hours
Every bar has a 2-hour minimum. Some hosts want the bar for cocktail hour; others want it running until the last song.
The menu
Your bar can be as focused or as full as you like:

Location
We are based in Los Angeles and bring our bars anywhere in the US. For events outside LA and its surrounding areas, travel is quoted by distance and time.
What about the cannabis itself?
Grassfed does not sell cannabis. What you are booking is the bar: the setup, the accessories and the budtender. The products are separate, and we help you procure everything the event needs through our partners.
