Planning
How much does a weed bar cost?
Private events start at $1,200, with a 2-hour minimum. Your quote depends on guest count, hours and menu.
How far ahead should we book?
It's always a good idea to book early and secure your spot: 1 to 6 months ahead, depending on the date.
What is the deposit?
A 50% deposit secures your date. The balance is due before the event.
Do you travel outside Los Angeles?
Yes. We're based in Los Angeles and bring our bars anywhere in the US. For events outside LA and its surrounding areas, we include travel costs to ensure our team's seamless arrival and setup.

We help procure all the products for the event, sourcing through our partners.
Can guests who do not smoke take part?
Our smoke-free approach ensures a clean-air atmosphere. But for those who cherish the classic puff, we're more than happy to accommodate. Our signature mocktail bars offer guests a way to comfortably socialize, drink in hand, without the need to imbibe alcohol.
Is the equipment cleaned between guests?
Yes. Our budtenders ensure the highest hygiene standards by sanitizing equipment between uses.

How do you handle dosing and overconsumption?
Every Grassfed cannabis bar or weed bar is graced by our professional budtenders. They're not just experts; they're your cannabis concierges, guiding guests on dosage, strains, and promoting responsible consumption.

What is the corporate session like?
Corporate sessions vary by company. They range from education-oriented sessions to a casual happy hour setting. We tailor the format to your team, and consumption is optional.

We carry a general liability policy that includes cannabis consumption and impairment.
What does the venue need to approve?
Tell your venue we're smoke-free: we serve low-temperature vapes. Your venue needs to be okay with cannabis consumption. We carry a general liability policy that includes cannabis consumption and impairment, and we can add your venue as an additional insured.
Can we have a cannabis bar if our venue doesn't allow smoking?
Yes. Our bars lead with a smoke-free approach, and many venues now permit vaping, while traditional smoking often remains off-limits. For a venue that does not allow smoking, choose from our smoke-free bars: the Signature dab bar (low-temperature vaporizers, with flower vapes on request), craft infused mocktails, and edibles and drinkables.
